Nicole Robben
Background
Nicole Robben has spent the majority of her career in the lending sector, with a focus on mission-driven and commercial real estate finance. Prior to relocating to Nashville nine years ago, she worked at Milwaukee LISC, a nonprofit CDFI lending institution, where she provided financing for real estate development and economic development projects in low-income communities. She also spent 18 months with PACE Equity, a Milwaukee-based C-PACE lender.
After moving to Nashville in 2017, Nicole spent one year at The Housing Fund and three years at Pathway Lending, both nonprofit CDFIs, where she originated and underwrote financing for multifamily affordable housing projects.
In 2021, Nicole returned to the C-PACE industry and ultimately launched her own C-PACE origination company, C-PACE Solutions LLC. As an independent contractor, she originates C-PACE financing on behalf of multiple lenders across the country, enabling her to structure transactions ranging from $500,000 to $200 million for her clients.
