Affordability
All 211 units will be for families and seniors. Units will be income-restricted, with 46 units reserved for households at 80% AMI, and the remaining 165 units for households with incomes at 60% AMI and below.
Impact
The Fund’s bridge loan advances the first phase of the Madison Station redevelopment, a transformative, mixed-use, transit-oriented community that intends to bring more than $1 billion in investment to the Madison area.
